We only ship to the US currently. And free shipping on all orders within the US.
Shipping Method
All orders will be shipped by Amazon. When you place an order on the joyouce.com website, you will receive an email confirmation verifying that your order is ready to be shipped.
Mailing address
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order is ready to be shipped or has been shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address. If the package is returned to us because the address provided by you (the customer) or your agent is incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you immediately to make corrections, and the package will be re-shipped, and additional shipping charges will be charged. You must provide a daytime phone number for all orders. Sometimes the package will be returned to JoyOuce because it cannot be delivered. When the carrier returns the undeliverable package to JoyOuce, please contact JoyOuce to arrange reshipment.
Delivery Times
Usually, we deliver within the US in 3-7 business days.
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay in the delivery.
Sales Tax
We only collect and remit sales tax in California. Specific sales tax is based on the location of the shipping address.
