Tuna Egg Salad


Ingredients

  • 2 oz canned tuna drained
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2 Radishes
  • 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Spinach
  • 5 Cherry Tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Put the eggs in the air fryer basket.Set the air fryer to 275 ℉ for 15 minutes.When the air fryer is done cooking, carefully take out the eggs with a pair of tongs and place them in ice water for 5 minutes.

Step 2
While the eggs are cooking, peel the Cucumber,Cherry Tomatoes,Spinach and mash it with a fork.
Step 3
Add tuna.
Step 4
Peel and chop the boiled eggs and add to other ingredients. Mix everything until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
