♦ 6 medium tomatoes
♦ 1 teaspoon salt
♦ 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
♦ 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
♦ 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
♦ 1 teaspoon fresh oregano leaves
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Line the frying basket with parchment paper.
Wash the tomatoes and dry them, then cut them in half horizontally. Place them face up on parchment paper.
Season lightly with salt and freshly ground black pepper, then drizzle olive oil on top and let the olive oil drizzle on the parchment paper. Finally, pour the balsamic vinegar directly on the surface of each half of the tomato.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are wrinkled and slightly charred. Add fresh oregano leaves.
