Prepare two pieces of chicken breasts, wash them, and pat the meat loose with the back of a knife. Cut into pieces. It is recommended not to be too small.
Put the chicken nuggets in a large bowl, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, Orleans barbecue ingredients, salt, shredded ginger and an egg white.
Put on disposable gloves and massage all the materials a few times. Then add a tablespoon of starch, continue to massage a few times, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour or more.

Put it in an Joyouce air fryer or oven.
I use an air fryer at 200°C for about 10 minutes. If it is an oven, it will take about 15 minutes.
