Ingredients
- 1 (2-pound) tomahawk ribeye steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Practice
step 1Preheat your smoker to 250 ℉.
step 2Season the steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
step 3Place the steak in the smoker and cook for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature of the steak reads 125 ℉ for medium-rare on your Instant Read Thermometer.
step 4Remove the steak from the smoker and let it rest for 10 mins.
step 5Meanwhile, combine the butter, blue cheese, and parsley in a small bowl.
step 6Spread the blue cheese butter over the steak and serve. Enjoy!
TIPS:
