- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Practice
step 1Preheat your smoker to 250℉.
step 2In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
step 3In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil and apple cider vinegar.
step 4Toss the turkey wings in the spice mixture until they are evenly coated.
step 5Brush the turkey wings with the oil and vinegar mixture.
step 6Place the turkey wings in the smoker and cook for 3-4 hours, or until your instant read thermometer shows 165 ℉.
step 7Let the turkey wings rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
TIPS:
2. Don't overcrowd the smoker, or the wings will not cook evenly.
3. Baste the wings with the oil and vinegar mixture every hour or so to keep them moist.
4. Let the wings rest before serving so that the juices can redistribute.
