Flat iron steak is the best steak choice for this recipe, and holds up well to the marinade. During the marinade for at least 8 hours, the steak gradually absorbs the aroma and taste of red wine, as well as the romantic smell of rosemary. It allows a rich, flavorful crust during grilling while maintaining a tender, medium-rare interior. Rosemary and Red Wine Flat Iron Steak really just irresistible!
