Air fryer Potato Nests with Eggs and Cheese is the simplest dessert. The soft and fragrant mashed potatoes are mixed with cheese and bacon, and the taste is further enhanced. Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 sticks of bacon
  • 1/2 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

           

          Practice

          step 1

          Cut the potatoes into pieces and boil for 8 mins in water to soften the potatoes. Take out the potato pieces, put them in a bowl and press them into mashed potatoes.

          step 2

          Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

          step 3

          Put the bacon in the air fryer basket and set the air fryer to 400°F for 8 mins.

          step 4

          Cut the fried bacon and add it to the mashed potatoes. Add breadcrumbs, black pepper, salt, chili powder, parsley, and cheese to the mashed potatoes. Mix well.

          step 5

          Use a mold or hand to press the potato mash mixture into a round potato cake shape, and then use a small mold or the bottom of the water cup to press down in the middle of the potato cake, and dent 1/2 down. Beat the eggs in the recesses and sprinkle a little chili powder or other favorite seasonings on the eggs. An egg is placed in each recess of the potato cake.

          step 6

          Put them in the air fryer basket and set the air fryer to 400°F for 8 mins.

          step 7

          Serve and enjoy! Dip with tomato sauce! (or other favorite dipping sauce).
