- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Hickory wood chips
Preheat your smoker to 225℉.step 2
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.step 3
Trim the chicken drumsticks by cutting off the knuckle end of the bone.step 4
Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken lollipops.step 5
