Ingredients
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs

step 1In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, pineapple juice, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and black pepper.
