Grilled Lamb Chops

Grilled Lamb Chops

This is the easiest and quickest grilled lamb chops recipe. The lamb chops are marinated in advance with a rich marinade so the meat is always very tender. BBQ is cooked to give the lamb chops another unique flavor, full of smoky flavor!

  • 2 1/2 pounds lamb chops bone in

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

    step 1

Combine olive oil, pepper, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, soy sauce, lemon zest, thyme, parsley, rosemary, and minced garlic in a resealable plastic bag. Add lamb chops and marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours.

    step 2

Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove lamb chops from marinade and cook on grill for 4-5 mins per side, or until the instant thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the meat reads 135°F for medium. (We think this cooked meat is the most delicious, or you can adjust the grilling time to your liking.)

    step 3

Let the lamb chops rest for 5 mins, sprinkle with thyme leaves, and serve.
