Grilled Chicken Legs



These air fryer grilled chicken legs are made with marinated chicken legs, which adds more flavor. The grilled chicken legs are tender and juicy inside, which are unbelievably tasty with your favorite sauce!

Ingredients

  • 8 large chicken drumsticks
  • ½ tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Moderate amount of salt
  • Kitchen spray

step 1

Take a large bowl and pour the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, olive oil, black pepper and salt into the bowl and mix well. Pat the moisture on the surface of the chicken legs dry with a kitchen paper towel, and put them in a mixed seasoning bowl. Spread the seasoning evenly on the surface of the chicken thigh until the chicken thigh is completely covered by the seasoning. Put it in the refrigerator and marinate for 1 to 2 hours.

Preheat the air fryer to 400℉.

Spray the preheated air frying basket with kitchen spray a few times, take the marinated chicken drumsticks out of the refrigerator and put them in the frying basket, arrange them in a single layer, leaving a certain gap next to them. Set 400°F for 20 minutes. In the middle of cooking, make sure to turn the chicken legs over for even cooking until the internal temperature of the chicken legs reaches 165°F.

Take the cooked chicken drumsticks out of the frying basket, put them on the plate, and sprinkle with parsley. You can also serve it with your favorite sauce.

    In your last sentence, it said … until the internal temperature of the chicken reach 185 f. What does it means we turn down the temperature? If so, for how long ?
