Chicken Breast with Brussels Sprouts

Use JoyOuce air fryer to make a healthy and delicious chicken breast. The operation is very simple. The cooked chicken breast is golden and crisp on the outside, and the chicken inside is tender and juicy. It is paired with refreshing and delicious Brussels sprouts and topped with your favorite sauce. What a delicious chicken breast, come and try it.

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Finely chopped parsley
  • 5~7 Brussels sprouts (you can put your favorite vegetables)
  • Cooking spray

Practice

step1

Take a medium bowl and add black pepper, paprika, pepper, garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning, and mix well. Spread butter on the surface of the chicken breast first, and rub the mixed seasoning on each side of the chicken. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes.

step2

Preheat the air fryer to 360 ℉, spray cooking spray on the frying basket, and put the marinated chicken breasts into the frying basket one by one, leaving a certain gap in the middle, not overcrowding, and keeping it evenly heated.

step3

Set the air fryer at 360°F for 10 minutes, add Brussels sprouts while turning halfway, until the internal temperature of the chicken breast is at least 165°F.

step4

Take out the chicken breast and Brussels sprouts and place them on a plate, let them sit for a few minutes, and then sprinkle with parsley. You can dip it in ketchup or your favorite sauce.
